Verification and eSignature is a new enrollment option that allows the customer to review and sign for their application electronically through an email or text. This option provides customer accountability and peace of mind for the producer.

While email and text are the preferred options, we still allow three other choices when quoting and enrolling your clients: 

Text/email: Customers can now review their application via email or text and sign for it electronically, no recording required 
Link Creation Tool: Share your personalized link with your customers to complete the entire quoting enrollment and verification process themselves
In person: Sales that are made in person will proceed as normal and not have the requirement for the customers signature or recording
Phone recording: If the producer has the ability to record and store the call for 7 years, the text/email function will not be required
